NADD Nationals – Collage Order Form

This form is for clients who have already ordered and paid for their collage in the online store. If you have not made a purchase yet, please do that now!
Images will be selected AFTER the event when galleries are posted. You will make a favorites list with your 4 images, and you will also have credit to download the digitals for those 4. The individual digitals are included in the purchase price of the collage.
If you are completing this form before the event and do not know your dog’s placements yet, you can still make your selections and we can add more text in during the proofing stage!
